Om March 7th, Sunday, Ekaterinburg.com web-site & The Ural-Scottish society held The Scottish Cinema event that included documentary films show & discussions, short lectures about whisky & Scottish sweets and, of course, true bagpipes music:

One of the most interesting moments of the evening: a bagpiper's performance. Pavel Tonkushin (on photo) also acts as a director of the Ural Military Chorus of the Ural Artillery Military College. There are only two Ural residents who can play a bagpipe.
